This is the place to register as a chaperone for the Atlanta LDS Priest/Laurel Formal.
Chaperones should arrive at the event 30 minutes before start time to receive final assignments and attend a chaperone meeting. Specific assignments and schedule will be emailed out two days before the event. Chaperones can expect assignments in the following areas, rotating approximately every hour: REGISTRATION, GREETERS, DOOR TICKET CHECKERS, PARKING LOT ATTENDEES, DOWNSTAIRS ENTRANCE, DOWNSTAIRS and UPSTAIRS LOBBY, PURSE AND COAT CHECK IN, PHOTOGRAPHY, BEVERAGE.
Chaperones should adhere to same dress standard as youth
All chaperones MUST register individually (not as a couple).
Remember, registering as a chaperone is not a guarantee that you will be attending the event. Due to venue capacity the chaperones will be limited to stake leaders and Bishops (and their spouses).
